Terry Daley


Born in Okinawa, Japan, and raised in New Carrollton, Maryland, Terry discovered his passion for hospitality at an early age while working in his family’s seafood business. Beginning his career in food service, hospitality, and sales management, he developed a deep appreciation for exceptional service and meaningful relationship building.



After relocating to Naples in 2000, Terry continued to excel in the industry, refining his expertise in customer service and guest experience. His career journey ultimately led him to The Claw Bar, where his dedication to creating memorable dining experiences truly shines. Terry takes genuine pride in making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and treated like family—because to him, great hospitality is about more than service; it’s about creating lasting memories.
